Salt Dough Ornaments

There are many recipes for salt dough ornaments online, most of them the same or similar.
We used our own variation:
4 Cups Flour
1 Cup Salt
1 1/2 Cups Warm Water
Mix thoroughly. On floured surface, roll out to 1/2" to 3/4 " thickness. Cut out with cookie cutter. Bake at 250-325 for 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours depending on thickness of ornament. Thinner will burn at higher temps.
Thicker will take longer at lower temp.
(We made ours 3/4" thick and baked at
a lower temp for longer.)
